Below the combustion chamber is the area where explosions can occur. This type of boiler has a lot of friction resistance and requires forced engineering blasting. The ash produced after combustion is discharged from the furnace through the iron mouth on the back side of the grate and is removed from the furnace by the ash discharge machine. From the back side of the boiler, through the return water pipe of the boiler, from the secondary return water pipe to the back side, it then enters the dust removal equipment for ash content, and is discharged from the chimney by the centrifugal fan. The centrifugal fan is not only for the discharge of smoke and dust but also the mechanical equipment required for the negative pressure operation of the steam boiler. Steam is a high-pressure container, and safety devices are indispensable, including basic boiler liquid level gauges, pressure gauges, valves, thermometers, electric pumps for pressure-maintaining water replenishment, and steam pumps that can be used during power outages. The water used in steam boilers must be softened, and water purification equipment must also be softened.
